Ground nut Chutney
Ingredients:
- Ground nuts -1 cup.
- Roasted chana dal -2 table spoons
- Coconut grated -2 table spoons
- Cumin seeds / Jeera-1 table spoon.
- Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
- Dry red chillies -2
- Garlic cloves crushed -2
- Urad dal -1/2 teaspoon
- Green chillies -4
- Curry leaves - 6 leaves
- Salt -1 tea spoon(according to taste).
- water-1/2 cup
- Oil-1 teaspoon
Procedure:
Fry ground nut little brown and remove skin by rubbing.
Fry green chillies.
Grind roasted chana dal, grated coconut,groundnuts,salt ,cumin adding water.
remove to serving bowl.
For seasoning: Add oil in a pan and heat it,now add mustard,cumin, urad dal,dry red chillies, crushed garlic, and curry leaves.
add seasoning to the chutney.
Serve it with any South Indian break fast Dosa /Masala Dosa or Idly any snacks.
