 Ingredients:

Dried apricots 200 grams
Sugar 2 table spoons
Water 3 to 4 cups for cooking

 Preparation:

Wash and soak dried apricots, for 5to6 hours or overnight.
deseed the apricots.

Place the apricots in the cooking pan with water,and cook until they are soft.
Remove the nuts from the seeds ,add the nuts to the cooked apricot,now add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves and gets a pulpy consistency.

Transfer the kubani ka meetha in to serving bowl ,Serve hot or cold  accompanied with vanilla ice cream or custard cream with fresh milk cream.
