Ingredients:

4  pieces of King fish(500grams)
Marinate king fish with 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste,1/2 teaspoon of mustard oil,1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder,1/2 teaspoon of salt,,1/2 teaspoon chilly powder.Keep in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

For gravy:

2 small onions
2 tomatoes
1 raw mango(should not sweet)
10 to 15 fresh curry leaves.
3/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1 dry redchiily
1/2 inch of fresh ginger.
3/4 garam masala powder
3/4 spoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
3/4 teaspoon fenugreek powder
1/2 teaspoon salt.
oil for cooking -1 tablespoon.

Preparation:
Heat a flat pan or skillet,spread half teaspoon of oil.
Place the marinated king fish.
Cook on low to medium flame for 10 minutes on one side and then turn gently cook for another 10 minutes.

Mean while,cut the vegetables into medium cut.
Peel the mango skin,and grate it.

Place another cooking pan,add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and heat it.
Add mustard ,cumin ,dry red chilly.
When they start splutter add onions,curry leaves,cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
When onions turn pink add grated mango and other powders including salt,mix well.
Now add tomatoes,mix and cover it and cook it until they are soft.
Add fish removing excess oil to the tomato mango gravy,add finely chopped ginger,cover the fish with the gravy,cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
