Ingredients :


2 cups of tomatoes
4 to 5 green chillies.
8 to 10 garlic cloves.
1 inch ginger sliced into pieces.
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder.
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
2 teaspoons kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
10 to 12 curry leaves.
2 dry red chillies.
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds.
1/4 teaspoon cumin.
4 boiled eggs.
1 cup onions.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon oil for cooking

Cooking procedure:

 Add few drops of oil in a pan,fry onions to light brown.
Place tomatoes, green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger sliced,chilly powder, turmeric powder,salt and blend to a rough paste.

Place a pan,heat 1 tablespoon of oil,add cumin,mustard,dry red chillies,curry leaves.
Add tomato and onion paste,kasuri methi,coriander powder,mix well and cover it and
cook for 10 minutes in low flame.Add boiled eggs,mix and cover it to cook for 5 more minutes.
Switch off flame,serve hot.
