Ingredients:

Fresh Sherry fish -2
3/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3/4 teaspoon roasted cumin and fenugreek powder.
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
3/4 teaspoon red chilly powder.
3/4 pepper powder.
3/4 garam masala powder.
1/2 teaspoon gram flour(besan)
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
1/2 teaspoon mustard oil.
1 teaspoon of canola oil for frying.

Preparation:

Clean fish and make incisions with sharp knife.
Rub salt and turmeric powder to fish.
Mix other ingredients,apply to fish thoroughly inside the incisions.
Cover the fish and leave it to marinate for half and hour to one hour.
Place flat tava or pan and heat it on medium flame.
Grease it and lower the flame.
Place the marinated fish on hot tava,fry it for 5 minutes ,turn it other side gently and allow to cook until brown on both sides.
Serve hot squeezing  lemon juice .
