Ingredients:
Rice flour- 1 cup
Cow pea sprouts(bobbarlu /lobia)- 1/2 cup.
Ground nuts crushed -2 tablespoons.
Cumin(jeera)-1/2 teaspoon.
Onion-1.
Curry leaves-10 leaves.
Green chilies -4.
Fresh ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon.
Sesame seeds-1 tablespoon.
Oil for frying-2 table spoons.

Procedure :

Add Ground nut powder to rice flour.
Make a  rough paste of  cumin,curry leaves,onions,green chilies,salt.
Add ginger garlic paste to it and add this to rice flour ,mix well and make the dough.
Now add sprouts and gently mix with the dough.
Divide the dough into four equal parts.
Spread oil on a flat pan,take the dough ball keep it in middle of the pan and gently press and spread thin layer on the pan.
Cover it with lid and cook in a low flame for 3 minutes and turn other side and fry 3 more minutes till it turn golden colour.
