Ingredients:
Ginger prawn masala curry
  1.  Medium sized peeled Fresh prawns – 250gms 
  2.  Ginger paste – 1 table spoon 
  3.  Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  4.  Salt – 1 teaspoon       
  5. Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  6.  Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon   
  7.  Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon  
  8.  Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon     
  9.  Medium sized tomatoes – 2 ( around 150gms) 
  10. Slit Green chili – 3     
  11.  Sliced Onions – 2 
  12.  Cooking oil – 2 table spoons

Procedure:

1.     Mix and Marinate prawns with salt, half of the quantity of ginger paste ,turmeric powder for one hour. 
2.     Heat oil in a medium sized pan and fry sliced onions until turn light brown.
 3. Add remaining half of ginger paste to frying onions 
4.   Add split green chilies 
5.  Add chopped tomatoes and stir fry until tomes are cooked well
 6. In a small separate pan add small amount of cooking oil and stir fry marinated prawns until water gets evaporated approximately for 5 minutes, do not overcook prawns.

7.   Now add stir fried prawns to the curry being cooked in the  other pan 
8. Add red chili powder, Garam masala powder, pepper powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes .    
9.   Finally garnish with sliced fresh ginger .
 10.   To be served with Naan, Roti or rice
